L3 Sport and Recreation
Course Description
This course builds upon concepts and information taught in level 2 Physical Education or level 2 Sport & Recreation.
In this course, students will learn about planning, coaching and reviewing a coaching session for primary school students and plan a recreational activity that can be completed by their peers outside of school. They will also have the opportunity to learn, develop and apply their skills in a variety of contexts.
Students will have opportunities to apply what they have learnt in the classroom in practical scenarios outside of the classroom.
Students will attempt 22 credits throughout the year. This is a unit standard course.
